How to check classroom occupancy status?

  1. Go to Tsinghua University Information Services-Learning and Academic Affairs-Public Information-Classroom Information and select the corresponding teaching building.
  2. Classroom occupancy status will be posted at the door of each teaching building.
  3. Query "Classroom Resources" in the THUInfo app (download the WeChat public account "THUInfo Information Assistant").

Teaching building

  • First Teaching: The first and second floors are classrooms, with five small classrooms and four large staircases; the third floor is for student interest groups; classroom numbers are from 101-205.
  • Second Teaching: Not open for self-study, there are three large classrooms; classroom numbers are from 401-403;
  • Three teachings: The first section is mainly small classrooms and discussion classrooms; the second section is four ladder classrooms, each seat has a socket; the third section has discussion classrooms, ladder classrooms, computer rooms, etc. Sections 2102 and 2302 of Section 2 are entered from behind Section 1, on the Sixth Teaching side; there are compartments on the first floor of Section 3 for single study; classroom numbers range from 1101-3513; the first digit of the classroom number is the section number, and the second digit is the floor;
  • Four teachings: The first to fourth floors are classrooms; there are six classrooms on each floor, and there are bar-type self-study positions outside each floor; the classroom numbers are from 4101-4406, and the second digit is the floor; the 3rd to 5th floors are also equipped with four seminar rooms on each floor;
  • Five Teachings: (Under maintenance, temporarily closed);
  • Sixth Education: It is divided into three areas: A, B, and C. Area A has 6 floors, including small, medium, and large classrooms. The 0-4 floors are classrooms, and the 5th floor is the physics laboratory. Floor 0 needs to go downstairs from the first floor. There are also seminar rooms on the second and third floors; Area B has 9 floors. , of which floors 1-4 are small classrooms, floors 5-8 are physics laboratories, and floor 9 is Tsinghua Taiwan Research Institute; Area C has 3 floors, all of which are ladder classrooms; the classroom numbers are from 6A001-6C300, the second digit is the area code, and the third digit is the floor number;
  • Xinshui: New Water Conservancy Building, the third and fourth floors are classrooms and offices, of which there is a drawing classroom on the third floor, classroom numbers are 300-407;
  • Jiushui: The old water conservancy building has classrooms and offices on the third floor. Classroom numbers are 301-307;
  • Tsinghua Academy: The first to second floors are classrooms, and there are seminar rooms on the basement level; open until 23:30 in the evening;
  • Fatu Underground: Enter from the sunken square on the west side of the Law Library, with seminar rooms; classroom numbers B101-B122;

library

  • Old library: opening hours: 8:00~22:30;
  • North Hall (Li Wenzheng Hall): Opening hours: 8:00~22:00;
  • West Building (Yifu Building): Opening time 8:00~22:00;
  • Wentu (Kaifeng Humanities and Social Sciences Library): Opening hours: 8:00~22:00;
  • Fatou (Liao Kaiyuan Building): Opening time 8:00~17:00;

activity center

  • Third floor of Building C (24h): The open space on the third floor of Building C is available for 24-hour self-study, but there are relatively few seats.
  • South District Underground: This is the South District Student Activity Center, equipped with sofas, high stools and other facilities; opening hours are 8:00-23:00;

Bookstores and cafes

  • Yejiaxuan: a bookstore open 24 hours a day, located on the ground floor of the North Building (Li Wenzheng Building);
  • Bauhinia Bookstore: Located on the ground floor of Guanchou Garden;
  • Youli Cafe: located on the second floor of Zhilan Garden;
