Example of notification of normalized prevention and control measures
1.Students entering and exiting the school temporarily.
Students who have been in Beijing for 7 days and have no epidemic-related itinerary (health green code), and who want to apply for temporary entry and exit on the same day, can select "leave and enter the school on the same day" or "enter and leave the school on the same day" in advance in the "Student Entry and Exit Approval" of the school's online service system (TsinghuaOS). After truthfully filling in the complete information such as the date of entry and exit, reason, action track, letter of commitment, etc., they can only enter and exit the school if the system approves it.** Among them, those who leave school for studying scientific research need to submit a scientific research certificate issued by the instructor; those who seek medical treatment need to provide an appointment registration certificate; those who are doing internships/classes must submit internship/classes certificates; and other life service needs and other reasons must be fully explained in the system. After leaving school, you must be on the "two points and one line" between the campus and the approved destination, take personal protection, and are not allowed to go to other unapproved places and epidemic-related areas in the city.
2.**Students leave school/leave Beijing. **
Strictly review and approve students' applications to leave Beijing. If you really need to leave campus/Beijing due to extremely special circumstances, you must select "Only leaving campus" in the "Student Entry and Exit Approval" in the online service system. You can only leave campus/Beijing after approval from the department where you are located.
3. Students return to school/return to Beijing.
If students who live on campus apply to return to campus, if they have no land border crossing within 7 days, have more than one case of infection, or have a travel history in counties (cities, districts, banners) where medium and high risks are located, they can select "on-campus only" application in the "Student Entry and Exit Approval" of the online service system. They can only return to campus/return to Beijing after obtaining the approval of the department and the school's secondary approval**. Those who have been in Beijing for less than 7 days will be required to stay in a centralized accommodation on campus after returning to Beijing. They must complete the 7-day health monitoring and nucleic acid "7-day-7 test" in Beijing before returning to the dormitory.

Part-time postgraduate students are suspended from entering the school for classes; if they really need to enter the school due to special circumstances, if they have been in Beijing for seven days and have no epidemic-related travel (Healthy Green Code), refer to Article 1.

The relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control management for students of Shenzhen International Graduate School will be separately formulated by Shenzhen Institute of Technology in accordance with the local epidemic prevention and control policies.
All students are requested to consciously abide by various regulations on epidemic prevention and control, implement regular nucleic acid testing requirements, **if they have relevant physical symptoms, report and seek medical treatment as soon as possible, and strictly implement personal responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control. **Those who really need to enter or leave the school must abide by their commitments, fill in the information truthfully, accurately, and completely, take personal health protection, and do not go to bars or other gathering places. Anyone who conceals, lies, omits, or belatedly reports personal epidemic-related information, or violates epidemic prevention and control regulations and causes adverse consequences will be severely dealt with in accordance with laws and regulations.
